14.1 Recording an AAR

To record an AAR scenario, access Menubar  AAR  Start AAR recording. This will start the

recording process. You will notice that when you have clicked on this menu item, the AAR panel

would appear on the menu bar on top indicating that it has started to record with the record timer

running.

14.1.1 Adding a bookmark to the AAR

The Instructor or Stand-Alone modes allow the user to click on the ‘Bookmark’ button in the

Simulation panel. When this is done, a dialog will appear, allowing the user to enter details about

the bookmark.

The user enters a title for the scenario and the content of the bookmark. This will automatically be

added to the VBS3 AAR. The bookmark is inserted into the VBS3 AAR timeline for the time that the

user clicks the OK button.

The user may close/cancel the dialog at any time and return to the normal operation of VBS3.
