13.4.1.2 Recording Targets using the Fourth Transmission Panel

During a call-for-fire, trainees can record a target. The target is saved in both the FO Target

Worksheet and the Battery Target Worksheet panel.

Record Target option in the Fourth Transmission panel (one of the panels of NATO Trainee Calls for

Fire) is used for this.

While using the Fourth Transmission panel you can record a target using two ways,

3. Click Record Target, and then click Transmit. The target will be recorded with an

automatically generated name.

4. Type a name to the Name text box (which is right next to the Record Target button). Click

Record Target, and then click Transmit. The target will be recorded with the name you gave.
