This functionality is used to check the commonwealth battery are synchronised with the FO.

11.3 Line OT
As well as sending a Locstat, an FO may wish to inform supporting fire battery of the current bearing
from the FO to the target (Line OT). This can be done using the Line OT window which can be
accessed from the main menu under Transmit -> Send Line OT.
