7.4.5 Distribution

7.4.5.1 Circular Sheaf

This distribution type ia only available for Commonwealth battery.

Guns will fire so that their rounds land on a circular formation with one gun in the centre of the

circle making the entered value the diameter of the cirlce. A text box will appear to enter the

diameter. For example: If only one gun fires it should fire on the target. If the given value is 200m

radius with four guns, three rounds should explode the radius is divided by 2 in order to make the

surrounding to be landed inside the circle instead of on the peremiter.

7.4.5.2 Custom Distribution

The instructors can use a customized distribution for a specific firing round. The Custom distribution

is only available in the Fires Instructor Control Panel. The instructor can select the distribution as

Custom from the drop down menu.

After selecting the distribution, the users can press the validate button which will give the GT line,

OT line data on the Geographic View along with the impact points for the fire round.

If a circular sheaf is fired with three guns on the target, the rounds will land on a

triangular formation around the target.
