If the instructor requires sending messages to the trainees connected to VBS3Fires, press ‘Send
MTO’ button and enter the necessary message and click ‘Ok’. This will send a message to the
selected FO giving the details of the fire mission.
The Instructor may or may not grant the authority of deciding whether to fire or not to trainee. It is
done according to the option selected in Preferences panel. (go to Menubar  Tools  Preferences
 Instructor Control Panel  Message To FO)
