7.4 Instructor Control Panel

The instructor has the ability to enter and modify fire missions from a single panel. The main

purpose of this panel is to display realistic terminal effects in a scenario instead of proper call for fire

procedures. Additionally this panel is intended to quickly bring indirect fire at locations with the least

amount of data entry. To open this panel, go to, Menubar  Fire Mission  Fires Instructor Control

Panel.

7.4.1 Fire Mission Data

To start a fire mission from the Instructor Control Panel one or more trainees should be connected

to the Instructor. The Instructor can select the Firing Unit, FO, and the Mission Type from the drop

down lists labeled respectively as Firing Unit, FO and Mission Type.
