7.3.7 Serial Conflict Check

There can be Time line conflicting conditions when two serials placed on top of each serial in

particular Time line. Serial conflict check represents to avoid those conditions and inform conflicting

situations in particular Time line to the instructor.

Serial overlapping and Time line conflicting circumstances can be occurred due to edit of a serial,

Slide, copy and paste (repeat) of a serial within a particular Time line.

When serial conflict condition occurred while editing activated or non-activated serials, error

message pops up for Instructor to Re-edit or Auto Align the new serial.

Re-Edit: Re-edit enables edit serial panel in order to change start and end time. If new serial

overlapped two or more existing serials then Fire scheduler allowed only Re-editing the new serial as

shown below. Warning message displayed in the edit serial panel after clicking on the Re-Edit

button.
