Battery Power
To make the battery last longer:
1. Tap Start menu > Settings > System tab > Power.
2. On the Advanced tab, specify when your device turns off to
conserve battery power. For optimum conservation, specify 3
minutes or less. Default value is 1 minute.
3. Use the AC adapter to plug your device into external power
whenever possible.
4. Adjust the backlight settings using keypad.
To check the main battery and backup battery status:
1. Tap Start menu > Settings > System tab > Power.
2. On the Battery tab, bar chart will show the main
battery and backup battery status.
Button Assignment and Scrolling Speed
To program buttons:
1. Tap Start menu > Settings > Personal tab > Buttons >
Program Buttons tab.
2. First, select a button from the list, then assign a program from the
dropdown menu to that button.
