Getting started on the

JadeStick 4G LTE

Dongle

1. Insert SIM card

Open the back case and insert a 2FF SIM card to the

SIM Slot.

Note: Make sure the cut side of the SIM card is facing

away from the device.

2. Adjust the Antenna

Adjust the antenna upwards to a 90° - 110° ange from the

Jadestick body.

3. Connect

Plugging in the device

Plug JadeStick into a USB port on your industrial equipment or other industrial devices

Wait for 30-45 seconds until the device is powered on completely. Then you can access the internet.

Note JadeStick supports:

● Windows 7/8/10

● MAC OS 10.10 or newer

● Android* 5.5 or newer

● Linux* kernel version 5.0.2 or newer

* JadeStick does not guarantee to support all devices running Android or Linux.
