NOTE
• If the step counter is off, there will be no step, calorie and
distance calculation or recording into the memory.
• The current step count, calories burned, distance walked, and
exercise timer will automatically be reset to zero at midnight.
SETTING MODE
In the Setting Mode, you can set the user’s stride length and
weight, time, alarm on/off and alarm time, and beep tone on/off.
1. Press SET to enter the Setting Mode, SETUP displays.
2. Wait for the setting option to flash, then press or to set
values. You can press and hold these buttons to rapidly set the
values.
3. Wait three seconds for the pedometer to automatically confirm
and move to the next setting option. The setting sequence is:
stride length unit, stride length value, weight unit, weight value,
12/24 time format, time (hour and minute), alarm on/off, alarm
time (hour and minute) (if alarm on is selected) and beep time
on/off.
NOTE: You can press SET to skip through settings.
Remark: Press any button to silence an activated alarm. If not
deactivated, the alarm will be activated at the same time the
following day.
TIP: Stride length is a distance between the tip of the toe of your
leading foot and the tip of the toe of your back foot while you
walk a pace. Can also be measured by the heel of your feet as
reference. For correctly measuring individual stride length, you can
walk a distance at your normal pace, measure the distance and
divide it by the paces. The average value can be used for inputting
into the pedometer as a stride length.
