PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Insufficient water output · Insufficient pressure in the plant · Check the plant
· Input filters are clogged · Clean input filters
· Cartridge filters are clogged · Clean cartridge filters
· Spouts are clogged · Clean aerator, showerhead, accessories
Only cold water comes out · Hot & Cold water supplies are reversed · Reverse the supply pipes
· Insufficient hot water temperature · Check the plant
Water temperature does not · Large difference between supply · Balance supply pressures
correspond to selected temperature temperatures · Calibrate cartridge again
Only hot or cold water comes out ·Thermostatic cartridge is blocked · Check the plant
· Replace the cartridge
Difficulty adjusting the comfort · Insufficient hot water temperature · Check hot water availability

WARNINGS:
THE DEVICE MUST BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE POSITIONS OF THE
WATER SUPPLY: HOT ON THE LEFT AND COLD ON THE RIGHT
TO MAKE SURE THE THERMOSTATIC DEVICE WORKS PROPERLY, SUPPLY
PRESSURE MUST NOT BE LOWER THAN 14.5 PSI. FAILURE TO FOLLOW
INSTRUCTIONS WHEN INSTALLING WILL PREVENT MIXER FROM WORKING
LINES MUST BE THOROUGHLY FLUSHED TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE TAPS
AND TO THE TECHNOLOGIC APPLIANCES INSTALLED.
A CENTRALIZED FILTER PROTECTS THE PLANT FROM IMPURITIES IN THE
WATER
SHOULD INPUT PRESSURE EXCEED 72.5 PSI, IT IS ADVISABLE TO INSTALL
A PRESSURE REDUCER IN ORDER TO KEEP THE DEVICES WORKING
PROPERLY
