From the tree menu, select UTRA Neighbor Cell to move onto the UTRA Neighbor Cell setup page. You can
Add UTRA Neighbor Cell and modify/delete a registered UTRA Neighbor Cell. If inter-RAT Handover to UTRA
Neighbor Cell is required, please choose Handover in Mobility to UTRA. Please refer to Table 16 for detailed
input parameter information
