Configuring Iris 2
Iris 2 can operate both as a plug-in within an audio editor like Ableton Live, Logic, ProTools,
or FL Studio, or as a standalone application. This chapter outlines some of the options
available to customize your Iris 2 workflow, and make some recommendations on how to
optimize your Iris 2 patches for optimal CPU performance.
OPTIONS PANEL
To find the Iris 2 Options Panel, click on
the open-ended wrench icon at the top-
right on the Iris 2 main interface:
General Options
Remove Authorization: When Iris
2 has been authorized online, that
authorization remains with the computer.
Use this button to remove the current
authorization so you may move your Iris
2 license on another computer, portable
hard drive, or iLok. This will place Iris 2
back into Trial Mode, where audio will
mute every 10 seconds until the
