Manual
W A R N I N G
Never fire a double-trigger shotgun by using two
fingers because you may inadvertently pull both
triggers at the same time resulting in a near
simultaneous firing of both barrels. Use your
index finger to pull one of the triggers to fire the
first shot. After that shot is fired, release the trigger
and move your index finger to the other trigger to
fire the second shot.
Extractors: Model IZH43KH shotguns are
equipped with extractors from the factory for
extraction of the fired rounds upon opening of the
action. See Figure 11.
The Fore End: The fore end is the wooden grip
piece that attaches to the barrel assembly and
locks the barrel assembly into the receiver. See
Figure 12. The fore end has a mechanical latch
that is used to lock and unlock the fore end to the
barrel assembly. Never attempt to fire your
shotgun without having the fore end locked in its
proper position on the barrel assembly.
External Hammers: The external hammers are
located on both sides of the receiver. See Figure
13. The hammers must be manually cocked to fire
the shotgun.
External Firing Pins: The external firing pins are
located on both sides of the upper receiver in front of
the hammers. See Figure 14.
The Serial Number: The shotgun’s serial number
is located under the top lever.
