Setting the Time and Date
When your Ogo is powered on, it automatically synchronizes with the
current time from your carrier’s network. If for some reason the
network is not available, you can set the time and date manually
using the settings on the Time & Date tab.
No te : If your network does not provide the time and date, these
settings are lost if you remove the battery.
► To se t yo ur time a nd da te pre fe re nc e s:
1 In the Settings screen, select the Tim e a nd Da te tab.
2 Edit one or more of the time and date settings, as required. The
time and date settings are described in Table 21.

Displays the network time as the default time
on your Ogo.
Se t Tim e & Da te Enables you to manually set the time and date.
Select O p e n and press Ente r to display the Set
Time & Date screen. Insert the date and time,
and select Do ne .
No te : Manually setting the time and date stops
automatic updates.
Tim e fo rm a t Determines the format for displaying time on
your Ogo (24H or AM/PM).
Press Ente r and select the desired time format
from the pop-up menu.
Da te fo rm a t Determines the format for displaying dates on
your Ogo (DD/MM/YY or MM/DD/YY).
Press Ente r and select the desired date format
from the pop-up menu.
