Spe e d dia l You can create shortcuts for dialing your most
commonly needed numbers.
To access these settings, select Co nfig ure and
press Ente r to display the Speed dial screen.
Insert the number(s) for which you want to use
the speed dial option.
Select C lose and press Ente r.
Setting Your IM Preferences
Your IM account settings are configured in the IM tab.
► To se t yo ur IM pre fe re nc e s:
1 In the Settings screen, select the IM tab.
2 Select and edit one or more of the IM settings, as required. The IM
settings are described in Table 13.

presence when you close the device (but leave
it powered on).
Select Whe n c lo se and press Ente r. Select the
desired action (No change or Away) from the
pop-up menu and press Ente r.
