► TocomposeanSMSmessage:
1 SelectComposeIntheHomescreenandpressEnter/Select. SelecttheSMStab.

In the SMS tab of the Messages application, press
and select New
message from the Options menu. The Compose screen is displayed, with the
SMStabselected.
2 Inserttherecipient’smobilenumberintheTofield.
Note: Ifyoutypeinthefirstletter(s)ofthecontact’sname,theContactListis
opened in a p opup list, displaying contacts whose names begin with
that letter. You can select the Contact and press Enter/Select to
automaticallyinsertthecorrespondingmobilenumber.
3 Scrolldownandinsertthemessagetext.
Note: Acounteratthebottomofthescreenindicatestheremainingnumber
of characters that can be inserted into the message. A single SMS
messagecan includeup to 160 characters. Ogo allowsyou to createa
longer message, and breaks it into up to four separate parts when
sending.
4 SelectSendandpressEnter/Select.
► Tocomposeane‐mailmessage:
1 Select Compose In the Home screen and press Enter/Select. Select the
requiredE‐mailtab.
OR
In the E‐mail tab of the Messages application, press
and select New
message from the Options menu. The Compose screen is displayed, with the
E‐mailtabselectedandtheFromdetailsautomaticallyinserted.
2 Inserttherecipient’se‐mailaddress,themessagesubject,andmessagetextin
thedesignatedfields.
Note: Ifyoutypeinthe firstletter(s)ofthecontact’snameore‐mailaddress,
apopup list is displayedincluding contactsandtheir e‐mailaddresses,
as well as e‐mail addresses to which messages have been sent in the
past. You can select the required address and press Enter/Se lect to
automaticallyinserttheaddress.
3 SelectSendandpressEnter/Select.
Note: If you attempt to leave the Compose screen without sending the
message,youarepromptedtosaveitasadraft.SelectYestosavethe
draft,Notodiscardthemessage,orCanceltoremaininthescreen.
