ViewingContactCards
You can view a summary of the profile for a selected contact, including the
contact’s mobile phone number, email address, web site and Contact Picture, if
defined.
► Toviewacontactcard:
IntheContactList,selectthecontactandpressEnter/Select.The ContactCard
screenisdisplayedfortheselectedcontact.
Thesummaryinformationisdisplayedinread‐onlyformat.
Note: Additionaldetailscanbeviewedand edited intheContactProfilescreen,
asdescribedinViewing/EditingContactDetailsonpage65.
YoucantakethefollowingactionsfromtheContactCardscreen:
To callthiscontact,select thephone number andpress Enter/Select. TheCall
screenisdisplayedandthecontact’snumberisdialed.
To send an email message to this c ontact, select the email address and press
Enter/Select. The Compose screen is displayed, with the contact’s email
addressinsertedintheTofield.
To navigateto the contact’swebpage,selectthe URL and press Enter/Select.
TheWebBrowserscreenopenstothespecifiedwebpage.
WhileviewingtheContactCardscreen,thefollowingoptionsareavailablefromthe
Optionsmenuaccordingtotheselectedfield:
1 Dial:DisplaystheCallscreen,andplacesacalltothecontact.IftheContacthas
multiplenumbers,youarepromptedtoselecttherequirednumberfromalist.
2 Compose SMS: Displays the Compose screen, with the contact’s number
insertedintheTofield.Fordetails,seeComposingaMessageonpage42.
3 ComposeEmail:DisplaystheComposescreen,withthecontact’semailaddress
