• Click the Browse button to display a window in which you can select
another folder. The default folder is the default Outlook Calendar folder.
YoucanselectanyvalidOutlookCalendarfolder.
• Select one of the following options to specify the period of the calendar
appointmentsthataresynchronized:
• Synchronize all appointments: Specifies that all appointments are
synchronized.
• Synchronizeonlyappointments occurring:Specifies theperiod ofthe
calendarappointmentsthataresynchronized.Thedefaultisoneweek
inthepastandonemonthinthefuture.
Note: If a recurring calendar appointment falls within the time period to be
synchronized, then alloccurrencesof thatcalendarappointmentwill also
besynchronized,eveniftheyareoutsidethespecifiedtimeperiod.
5 The Default conflict resolution option enables you to specify the default
behavior of OgoSync when a conflict of contacts or calendar appointments
arises. A conflict occurs when the same contact or calendar appointment has
been changed both on your Ogo and in Outlook. Select one of the following
actionstobe
takenwhenaconflictisdetectedduringsynchronization:
• Ask Me: The Co nflict Resolution window is displayed, prompting you to
choose how to handle the conflict. For details, see Resolving Conflicts on
page129.
• Skip:TheitemsintheOgoandinOutlookremaindifferent.
• OverwriteOutlook:TheitemontheOgooverwritestheiteminOutlookso
thattheyarethesame.
• Overwrite Ogo: The item in Outlook overwrites the item on the Ogo so
thattheyarethesame.
6 To configure OgoSync to reque st your permission to delete a contact or
calendarappointmenteachtimeitfindsthatonehasbeende letedin theOgo,
butwasnotdeletedinOutlook,selecttheAskmebeforedeletingitemsfrom
Outlookoption(selectedby default). For details, see Confirming De letions on
page130.
Note: If thisoptionis notselected,then itemsare deleted fromOutlook during
synchronizationwhendetectedwithoutaskingforconfirmation.
7 Click OK to apply these changes to OgoSync or Cancel to exit this window
withoutapplyinganychanges.
