5.ThislampusesaType"A"100wattbulb(5)notincluded.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Table Lamp 1. Unpack all parts from the carton carefully 2. Place the lamp base (1) on the table. 3. Put the shade (3) onto the lamp head (2). 4. Then uses Rim (4) to secure the shade (3) on the lamp head (2). 5. This lamp uses a Type "A" 100 watt bulb (5) not included. Important safety instruction: This table lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
