ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
* VERY IMPORTANT
Please read thoroughly. Make sure you properly align poles before you screw them together to avoid
damaging the connection threads. Not adhering to this procedure may void your warranty!
1.Carefully unpack and indentify all parts.
2.Screw the three long poles(B) onto the bottom board(A).
3.Screw first shelf board (C) onto the three long poles(B).
4.Screw the three long poles(D) onto the first shelf board(C).
5.Screw middle shelf board (E) onto the three long poles(D).
6.Screw the three long poles(F) onto the middle shelf board(E).
7.Attach the lampholder (O) to this lampholder board (G) by inserting the base screw of the
lampholder through the lampholder board(G) and securing it with the nut (M) underneath the
lampholder board.
8.Screw the three short poles(H)onto the lampholder board（G).
9.Place top frame(I) onto the three poles insert three screws (J) through holes in the three corners
and tighten into three short poles(H) so that the screw-heads are recessed into the top
frame(I).Place small plastic caps(K) into recessed holes in the three corners.
10.Place shade through the top frame down onto the lampholder board outside .
11.Do not use a wattage bulb higher than 100 watts, as noted on socket(100W A type bulb or use
42W CFL type bulb).
12.Connect plug to outlet, turn on lamp and enjoy.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug(one blade is wider than the other)as a feature to reduce the
risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarzied outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully
into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an
extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
