3. Install the light bulb in the socket. Turn on the power switch and wait until
the light rapidly blinks. When you see the light is quickly flashing. Move to
the next step.
** If the light is not blinking, please reset the light bulb.
To reset, power on the light and wait until the light is on. Then, turn off
light and turn it on again. Repeat 2 more times. (Important: make sure the
light is on before you turn off the switch).
