4. Attach Handle:
Position blade so that the wheels touch the floor.
Locate the notches on the top of each arm. Attach
the metal, U-shaped bar (B), aligning holes to the
holes in the arms, with screws (G) and bolts (R).

Attach upper part of handle using
screws (O) and bolts (K).
You can increase or decrease the
total length of the handle according
to your preference. The sets of holes
on the sides of the handle give you
three height options.
