4. If you are using an Ethernet backhaul, attach the Ethernet cable ensuring the weather- tight
connector is properly secured. If the Ethernet connection is not used, secure the
weatherproof cap.
5. Attach the grounding lug to earth ground according to local codes.
Installing a Local 4G WAN Antenna
Warning! Do not install an 8.15 dBi antenna directly on the CCU or Repeater.
Antenna installation directly on the CCU will compromise mechanical integrity and will
not meet the compliance requirement for a loss of 2.2 dB between the CCU or
Repeater and the 8.15 dBi antenna.
Attaching the Local 4G WAN Antenna
1. Remove the 4G WAN antenna from the main CCU shipping box.
