1. Check the sensors underneath the cleaner. If they appear dusty,
gently wipe them with a cotton swab or soft, dry cloth.
2. The sensors are less effective under very bright light or on very
dark floor surfaces.
1. Ensure that the power switch is in the "ON" position
2. Ensure that the battery is sufficiently charged

1. Check to see if the cleaner is in Spot Cleaning or Timed Cleaning Mode.
2. Ensure that the battery is sufficiently charged.
1. Confirm that the power adapter is properly attached to a working outlet
and is properly attached to the cleaner.
2. If the battery appears damaged, contact Customer Support.
1. Ensure that nothing on the floor is blocking the cleaner, and that
nothing is tangled in the wheels.
