3.2.2 Composingandsendingemails
1.OntheemailaccountInbox,tapCompose.
2. Enter the message recipient’s email address in the To field. As you enter
information, matching contacts will appear on the screen. Tap the recipient or
continue entering the email address. If you are sending the email to several
recipients,separateth
eemailaddresseswithacomma.
3.Enterthesubject,andthencomposeyourmessage.TapSend.
Note:TapSaveasdrafttosavethemessageasadraft,tapDiscardwillnotsave.
3.2.3 Viewing
On theemail account Inbox,taptheemail you want to view. If the email ad

attachment,youcanviewalltheattachmentafterdownload.
3.2.4 Managingemails
i. Press and hold one email, on the popup options screen, you can select
Delete/Movetofolder/Markasread(unread).
ii. On the email account Inbox screen, press Refresh, you can receive new
emailintime.
iii. On the em
ail account Inbox screen, press Accounts, enter to all accounts
screen
3.2.5 Editingemailaccountsettings
i. OntheemailaccountInboxscreen,pressMenu‐>Accounts.
ii. Pressandholdtheaccount,onthepopupoption,selectAccountSettings.
Accountsettings
Change the email account settings such as General settings,
Notificationsettingsandserversettings.
Generalsettings
Set the account name, your name, Signature, email check
frequency,defaultemailaccount.
Notificationsettings Settheemailnotification,selectringtoneandvibrate.
Serversettings Setincomingsettings,outingsettings.
iii. PressBACKtosaveyourchanges.
3.2.6 Deletinganemailaccount
i. OntheemailaccountInboxscreen,pressMenu‐>Accounts.
ii. On the accounts list screen, press and hold the account, on the popup
option,selectRemoveAccount.
