Below is a list of common problems that may occur when using your mobile phone.
Before running to Service Center, you may want to troubleshoot the issues first in
order to save time and energy.
For better performance, it is recommended to always fully charge your battery.
Avoid storing too much data in the phone as this may affect its performance.
1. Phone does not switch on
Press and hold the end key until image appears on the display.
Check the battery charge level.
Remove and insert the battery, and switch your phone on again.
2. Phone does not respond for several minutes
Press and hold the end key.

3. The phone switches off by itself
Check if the keypad is locked when left unused.
Check the battery charge level.
4. The battery won’t charge
Make sure the battery is not fully drained.
