SARtestsareconductedusingstandardoperatingpositionsaccep
tedbytheFCC
withthephonetransmittingatit
shighestcertifiedpowerlevelinalltested
frequencybands,althoughtheSARisdeterminedatthehighestcertifiedpower
leve l,theactualSARlevelofthephone whileoperatingcanbewellbelowthe
maximumvalue,ingeneral,thecloseryouaretoawirelessbasestationantenna,
thelowerthepoweroutput.
Beforeanewmodelphoneisaavailableforsaletothepublic,itmustbetested
andcertifiedtotheFCCthatitdoesnotexceedtheexposurelimitestablishedby
theFCC, Testsforeachphoneareperformedinpositionsandlocations(e.g.at
the earandwornonthebody)asrequiredbytheFCC.
Forbodywornoperation,thismodelphonehasbeentestedandmeetstheFCCRF
exposureguidelineswhenusedwithanaccessorydesignatedforthisproductor
whenusedwithan
accessorythatcontainsnometalandthatpositionsthehandset
a minimum of10mmfromthebody.Non‐compliancewiththeaboverestrictions
mayres ultinviolationofRFexposureguidelines.


