instructiononthelisttoshowthemap.
When you are finished viewing or following the directions, press MENU
and then tap Mo
re > Clear map to reset the map. Your destination is
automaticallysavedintheGoogleMapshistory.
5.4 UsingGoogleLatitude(AvailablebyCountry)
Google Latitude™ user location servicelets youand your friends share locations
andstatusmessages with each other. It also letsyousendinstantmessages and
emails,makephonecalls,andgetdirectionstoyo urfriends’locations.
Yourlocationisnotsharedautomatically.YoumustjoinLatitude,andtheninvite
yourfriendstoviewyourlocationoraccepttheirinvitat
ions.

After you join Latitude, you can start sharing your locations with your friends.
Onlyfriendsthatyouhaveexplicitlyinvitedoracceptedcanseeyourlocation.
