After download the MMS to the phone, you can do the following functions: view, delete, reply,
save etc.
8.2.3 Outbox
The failed sent MMS will be stored in outbox.
Access this menu, user can choose “view”, “resent”, “forward”, “delete”, “delete all”, “move
to draft”, “use detail” or “ read properties” to operate the MMS.
8.2.4 Drafts
Store the MMS without sending for reading and sending later.
Access this menu, select one MMS from the list and user can view, send, edit, delete, delete
all, save as template, properties and use detail etc.
8.2.5 Templates
There are five predefined MMS in the phone. User can view and use them.
8.2.6 MMS settings
Access this menu, user can compose settings, send settings, retrieve settings, filter setting,
server settings and memory status.
Note: The storage space left for MMS in the phone is limited. So if the space is insufficient,
please delete some unnecessary MMS.
8.3 Email
Function of using validates email account to send or receive emails. Emails contain text
and attachment.
* Note: This function requires the support of the network supplier.
¾ Send and Receive: connect to the email server to send or receive emails.
¾ Edit emails: edit a new mail message. You can fill in receiver, copy to, confidential copy to,
title, priority, mail content and attachment.
¾ Inbox: check receiving emails.
- Reply: reply emails to the senders or all senders and receivers.
- Not attached the receiving emails while replying: reply emails to the senders or all senders
and receivers without attaching the receiving mail content.
- Forward: forward the current emails to other receivers.
- Delete: delete the current emails.
¾ Outbox: save the un-sent emails
¾ Sent items: save the sent emails:
¾ Draft: after finishing editing, the draft could be saved here without sending.
¾ Delete emails: all emails in inbox, outbox, sent items and draft could be deleted.
¾ Email setting:
- Sending setting: set the parameters when sending emails, such as files name, sending
account, contact agreement, automatic receiving and sending, maximum receiving capacity
and so on.
*Note: sending account needs to be the defined account setting provided by network
supplier, such as China GPRS user can select the sending account as CHINA MOBILE EMAIL.
- Sending server setting: set the parameters while sending emails, such as sending server,
sending connection, display name, email address, user name, password and so on.
- Receiving server setting: the parameters while receiving emails, such as receiving server,
receiving connection, receiver name, password and so on.
*Note: need to set up the validate email account.
