1. Remove rear battery cover and place 3 x D cell batteries (sold separately) with the polarity as shown
in the battery compartment. We recommend alkaline or rechargeable batteries. Replace Cover.
2. Determine where the product is to be mounted and insert nail or screw (not provided) into the wall.
Mount back plate on wall by sliding hanging groove over inserted nail or screw.
3. Slide glass shade mounting holes onto bracket over mounting posts to hold in place.
4. Push button located on the bottom of the back plate unit to power on.
Push the button a second time to power off.
Some models may include a remote control.
5. If unit includes a remote control, the remote can be utilized to change the settings from on/dim/off.
6. If this model includes a remote control the light will operate on 1 button cell battery (CR2025) included.
The remote will operate the unit once it is manually turned on up to a range of 22 ft.
SAFETY
1. The It’s Exciting Lighting Sconce is intended for indoor use only.
Please keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.
2. Do not disassemble the back plate.
3. Do not mix batteries. To prevent equipment damage, and possible injury, never mix
batteries with different chemistries or voltages in the equipment at the same time.
4. Consumed batteries need to be disposed of properly. Follow the disposal instructions
on the battery package. Battery selling retailers provide special containers for
environmentally friendly disposal.
5. Remove batteries from unit for long term storage to prevent damage from battery leakage.
REPLACING BATTERIES
1. Slide shade off bracket over mounting posts and set aside.
2. Remove back plate from wall.
3. Remove rear battery cover, remove old batteries and replace with new batteries.
Replace battery cover. Dispose of used batteries as instructed.
4. Replace back plate on wall and slide shade onto bracket over mounting posts to hold into place.
