AFR Manual
Flow restriction is required for all reverse osmosis systems at the drain line to keep an optimal waste
water flow, and is recommended to be replaced each time the membrane is being replaced, in order to
maximize the system efficiency. The restrictor must be sized according to the capacity of the membrane.
AFR1500 is designed for ro systems with 200 - 400 gpd.
It is compatible with most reverse osmosis systems of more than 200Gpd (including brand names) in the
market. It’s to be installed on the drain line.
Compatible with iSpring 200Gpd, 300Gpd, and 400Gpd systems
For every 1 gallon of ro water produced, there will be 2 gallons of waste water drained, which is far
below industry standard
