• Made in accordance with applicable regulations, with cleaned inside surfaces,

phosphorous deoxidized, high residual phosphorous, annealed in coils.

Crimped ends to keep the pipe clean until it has been installed.

• Minimum Cu ≥ 99.90%

• Phosphorous content = 0.015% ÷ 0.040%

• Approved to ASTM B280

• Perfect for applications where high-pressure gases are used as refrigeration source.

COPPER PIPE

• Low density closed cells polyethylene foam

• CFC and HCFC damaging-ozone gas free

• Made according to ASTM C 1427-07, type I (tubular), grade I (insulation material for use on

typical commercial system non-cross-linked)

• Surface burning characteristics: UL 94, top rated for Surface Burning Characteristics – UL 723

(Flame and Spread Index less than 25 and Smoke Development Index less than 50),

ASTM E84 (25/50) compliant and tested in accordance with UL 746A for Ignition Resistance.

INSULATION

• External LDPE foil covering which adheres to a non-ammable base, melts ameless and

thus belongs to self-extinguish Class1.

• Marked progressively every foot with product details (pipe and insulation diameters)

and production date & time.

• Excellent resistance to water vapor diffusion and substantial reduction of moisture on the

outer surface of the pipe.

• Additional protection to foam insulation from tearing during installation process.
