All missing parts should be reported in the same email.
Any subsequent requests will be charged PLUS postage charges will also apply.

Kindly send us a picture of the affected part, together with its name/ number from the instructions manual.
In the event that the item is reported damaged or marked AFTER it has been built, then it will be deemed as damage caused
