• Do not unbalance the weight load of materials carried on this cart.
• When parking this cart, make sure it is on a stable, level surface to prevent rolling.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
You will need several small wrenches a pliers and a screwdriver to complete assembly of this Cart.
1. Find a suitable assembly area, and arrange the parts and tools required to assemble the cart.
2. First insert right cross beam (#7) into the lower part of main post (#6) with the holes for the casters facing
down. Secure in place by tightening locking bolt (#5).
3. Bolt left cross beam (#8) onto the flange on the lower parts of main post (#6) using bolts (#4) and lock
washers (#3). Be sure the holes for casters are facing down. Tighten securely.
4. Install all casters (#10) to cross beams (#7 and #8) and secure in place using lock washers (#11) and nuts
(#9).
5. Turn the tool tray (#1) upside down on your work table, and place support (#2) onto the attachment plate
on the underside. Secure in place using bolts (#4) and lock washers (#3).
6. Place the table support right side up on the workshop floor. Insert the support (#2) into main post (#6).
Adjust the table height as desired, and tighten the locking bolt (#5) to hold it in place.
