Intended Use The Ironton 131-Piece Rotary Tool Kit features a 160 Watt variable speed rotary tool that operates at 8000-35,000 RPM for powerful performance. It accepts standard rotary tool accessories to cut, saw, grind, drill, polish, sharpen, and more. Include a complete collection of sanding pads, wire brushes, felt wheels, grinding stones, and drilling accessories to tackle a wide variety of household and shop projects.
⚠WARNING WORK AREA SAFETY Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of clutter, and well-lit. Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury. Using the product in confined work areas may put you dangerously close to cutting tools and rotating parts. Do not use the product where there is a risk of causing a fire or an explosion; e.g., in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the product will operate properly and perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never operate the product with a damaged part. Do not use a product with a malfunctioning switch. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the power switch is dangerous and must be repaired by an authorized service representative before using.

Grounded Tools: Tools with 3-Prong Plugs Tools marked with Grounding Required have a 3-wire cord and 3-prong grounding plug. The plug must be connected to a properly grounded outlet.

Verify the chuck is tight. Make sure workpiece is properly secured. Always check for damaged or worn out parts before using the rotary tool. Broken parts will affect the rotary tool operation.

Holding the Tool 1. For small milling cutters/grinders pencils, use high speed For jobs such as milling or engraving where precision is required, hold the mini-drill like a pen. 2. For large milling cutters/grinders pencils, use low speed. For heavier work, like cutting or grinding, hold the machine in the palm of your hand. Changing Accessories 1. Press and hold down the spindle lock button (4) and unscrew the collet nut (1).
2. Loosen the collet nut (1) fully using the 2-in-1 wrench provided. 3. Select a suitable collet for the accessory to be used and insert it in the collet nut shaft. Then tighten the nut. After Each Use ⚠WARNING Store the rotary tool in a dry and clean place. Keep the tool away from children. Maintenance ⚠WARNING Keep the ventilation vents of the tool clean at all times, if possible, prevent foreign matter from entering the vents. Handle accessories carefully to prevent dropping or bumping.
Maintain the rotary tool by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
