Cable will not fully retract.
Call an authorized technician for service to add
tension to the reel’s internal spring.
Cable will not retract at all.
Call an authorized technician for service.
No electrical power at output end of cable.
Check all connections ensuring they are properly
wired.
(49667) Press the reset button on the side of the
reel case.
(49669) Replace the circuit breaker in the lead-in
cord.
