Cord will not fully retract.
Call an authorized technician for service to add
tension to the reel’s internal spring.
Cord will not retract at all.
Call an authorized technician for service.
No electrical power at output end of cord.
Check all connections ensuring they are properly
wired.
Press the reset button on the side of the reel case.
