• Store the product when it is not in use. Store it in a dry, secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect the tool for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use. • Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for use with your product. Accessories that may be suitable for one product may create a risk of injury when used with another tool. Never use an accessory that has a lower operating speed or operating pressure than the tool itself.

Screw the tube container into the grease gun head. 2. Attach the spout/coupler assembly to the grease gun head. Cartridge Loading 1. Remove the main head from the tube container by twisting it counter-clockwise.
2. Pull the handle back until it is fully extended. Lock it into place with the locking plate. 3. Remove the cap and/or lid from both ends of the cartridge (not included). Insert the cartridge into the tube container in the direction indicated on the cartridge. Make sure that the cartridge is as far in as possible. 4. Reconnect the tube container to the main head. Press the locking plate to release the T-handle. Press the handle in as far as it will go. 5.
(not included). 3. Pull back slowly and extend the tube handle fully to draw grease upward into the tube container. Lock the T-handle into place with the locking plate when it is fully extended. 4. Reassemble the tube container to the main head. Press the locking plate to release the T-handle. Press the handle in as far as it will go. Dispenser Filling 1. Pull back on the T-handle until it is fully extended. Lock it in to place with the locking plate. 2.
4. Insert the pin into the air filler valve again to release the trapped air. The grease gun is now ready to use. Before Each Use Before each use, prime the grease gun by following the Operation Instructions until grease flows from the tip. If the grease gun does not prime properly, follow the Assembly Instructions for venting trapped air.
Clean leftover grease from the tube container after each use. • Using a cloth, clean the fill nozzle and the tip, removing any dirt, grease, or debris. • Wipe off the entire grease gun. • Pull the handle back until it is fully locked into the lock plate. Maintain the grease gun by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used.
