11. Install hub cap (21) firmly on hub with rubber mallet. See figure 6-4.

12. Repeat steps 2-10 for the other tire/hub.
13. Unfold trailer. Trailer will now be setting on the tires.
14. Even though the wheels are mounted to the hubs, you must tighten all the lug nuts (I) to 85-90 lb/ft of
torque.
STEP 7
1. Install coupler (7) to tow bar with M10 x 90 bolts (B) and M10 nylon lock nuts. The rear M10 x 90 bolt (B)
goes through center link of safety chain (8).
