3. Connect the oil extractor to the 12V car battery. Make sure that the clamps (5) are connected with
the correct poles of the battery (red clamp to “plus”, black clamp to “minus”).
4. Turn on the switch (6) and pump the oil out of the engine.
5. As soon as all oil is pumped, switch the pump off. Do not let the pump run without oil.
6. Fill the engine with fresh motor oil according to the maintenance instruction for your car and check
the oil-level with the oil dipstick.
After Each Use
⚠WARNING
Used engine oil is toxic and should be properly disposed of or recycled.
1. After finishing your work, clean the pump thoroughly by pumping fresh oil through the pump.
2. Remove the hoses from the pump, plug them together, and store the whole unit in a place where
it is protected from dust.
Maintenance
Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance
with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool
be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from
oil and grease. Also refer to the engine manufacturer’s instruction manual for additional information
about engine maintenance. The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule.
