18.1.2.3
过放电
Over-Discharging
It should be noted that the battery would be at over-discharged state by its self-discharge
characteristics in the case the battery is not used for a long time .in order to prevent
over-discharging, the battery shall be charged periodicallyabout half a yearto maintain
Soc30~50%.Over-discharging may cause battery performance degradation and loss of battery
function.
Charger should be installed to prevent the battery discharge below the cut-off voltage to this
specification. In addition, the charger should also device to prevent repeated charging. The steps are
as follows: the battery in the standard charge before, should first with a small current (0.1C) pre
charging for 15~30 minutes, so that the battery voltage reaches above 12V for standard charging, a
timer to achieve the pre-charge process. If in the pre charge time, battery voltage does not rise more
than 12V, the charger should be able to stop the next step fast charging, and display the electric core
/ battery is in a non-normal state.
18.2 Warning, Notice and Caution
警告
生危险;
Please use special testing equipment for Li-ion battery when doing charging and discharging
tests. Common CC/CV power supply etc. are forbidden, in order to avoid disabling battery
functions or potential dangerous caused by over-charge and over discharge.
2.
The charger shall be equipped a full charge detection. The charger shall detect the full-charged
state by a timer, current detection or open circuit voltage detection. When the charger detects the
