3. Activity panel

The Activity panel displays the tasks that Readiris is carrying out. In each field you see a description

of the task, and on which page it is being carried out.

Note: the more cores your computer is equipped with, the greater the processing speed will be.

Note however that Readiris is limited to 4 threads, so more then 4 cores does not offer an

advantage.

4. Scanned image

When a document is scanned or opened into Readiris, its image is displayed. The different

recognition zones are displayed. To learn how to modify the recognition zones, see the topic

the Recognition Zones.

Note that the appearance of the components and panels described above can be customized to your

liking.
