- generate 1 XML file per document:
<BATCH_PROCESS_PATH>"\"<BATCH_NAME>"\"<DOCU
MENT_NAME>.XML
For more information on how to use formulas, refer to the
section Configuring the general options.
Select the Text separators, Field delimiters and Character
encoding you want to use, then click OK to close the settings.
To generate a CSV index file:
Select any of the three options: Produce batch index file,
Produce document index file and Produce image index file.
The first option creates 1 index file per batch and contains
information about the entire batch.
The second option creates index files that contain information
about the processed documents.
The third option creates index files that contain information
about the processed images.
Note: the three options can be selected at the same time.
Click the Browse buttons to determine in which location the
CSV index files will be stored.
Again, formulas are used to determine the location.
Then click the Setup buttons to determine the content the index
files must contain.
