Label: name of the field to be displayed in the Index pane.
Description: describe the field's content.
Type: type of the field (text, number, date). The Custom type can
be used to extend the field type. This enables to specify a culture for
the Date (Time) fields, the decimals for numbers, currency, etc.
Show: tick the box if the field must be visible in the Index pane.
Allow Change: tick this box to enable the user to manually change
the value in the Index pane.
Check during Scanning: tick the box if the scanning must stop
when the software encounters an error during the indexing.
Default Value: from the Setup button, define the value formula:
type any text between quotes, and/or choose a system value from
