STATUS POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Not powering on
Battery has no charge. Please charge battery.
Battery not properly assembled.
Please make sure battery clicks into
place.
Device is connected to the charger. Please unplug charger.
Still in Safety Lock mode.
Please hold Menu ON/OFF button for
3 seconds to unlock.
Low suction
Battery power is low. Please charge battery.
Filter is clogged. Please clean or replace.
Dust cup is clogged. Please remove dust.
Won’t charge
Charger is not plugged into the power
outlet.
Please make sure charger is plugged
in.
Charger plug isn’t fully plugged into the
charging port.
Please make sure charger is firmly in
place.
Battery not assembled correctly.
Please make sure battery clicks into
place.
Battery is dirty.
Please remove battery and clean
terminals with a rag.
Stops during operation
Battery Level light is ON while
running
Charging time varies based on conditions and lengths of use.
Charging may take up to 5 hours
If charged for more than 5 hours and indicator light is still on, please contact
IRIS USA, Inc. customer service.
Decreased running time on full
battery
Device was charged in a high
temperature area.
Please charge in recommended
temperature conditions.
Battery has lost ability to hold charge. Please replace the battery.
Vacuum and charger heat up while
charging
Temperature rise is caused by the current. This is normal.
Vacuum body heats up while running
Temperature rise is caused by the battery heating up from use. This is normal.
Not running, but dust sensor is on
Sensor is coated in dust. Please clean sensor (P8).
Running, but dust sensor is off
Significantly lower suction.
Please clean or replace filter, and
empty contents from the dust cup.
SPARE PARTS
Please purchase replacement parts from IRIS USA, Inc.
Mesh Dust Filter, (3 PC)
Should be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on frequency of use.
If broken or damaged, please replace.

Exhaust Filter, (4 PC)
Should be replaced every 2 years. If broken or damage, or if poor
ventilation or abnormal odors occur, please replace.
Model number: CF-FH1
Battery
Should be replaced when operating time greatly decreases.
If broken or damaged, please replace.
