WritePads
2
WritePads are pre-made, blank papers that you can write on. There are two
types of WritePads you can choose from; single sheets or pads of paper. Each
time you open an original WritePad, a blank copy is created for you to write on,
leaving the original in place to use again.
Using WritePads
When you open a WritePad, it will actually open up a copy for you to write on.
This way you will always have the blank original on hand to make another copy
from the next time. The WritePad automatically saves your notes on the SD
card and creates a le name, including a number (for example, Lines001.pdf).
Moving a WritePad to another place in the Documents
It’s possible to move the original WritePad templates to another folder in the
Documents. Just remember that when you open a new one, the copies will also
be placed in that folder as well.
Sharing Your Notes with Others
If you want to share your WritePads with others, you will need to use the
iRex Companion Software to merge the handwriting to the paper before
it can be shared. This is also true for any notes you have written on other
documents. Please see iRex Companion Software for more information about
merging a document.
Converting Handwriting to Digital Text

computer, you can download and purchase additional software. You will nd a
