4 Troubleshooting
This section covers the following topics that may be useful for troubleshooting APs during
installation and commissioning:

4.1 nanoLTE E40 AP Does Not Power Up
Check the following:
• Verify the correct power supply is in use and that mains power is available.
• Ensure that PoE is not fed into the AP (the nanoLTE E40 AP does not use PoE or
Poe+).
