2. Select the type of beam that you want to create (in this case, a PBS beam).

3. Proceed as explained in section Editing Layer and Spot Details On the Layer
Editing Screen in order to add layers and spots to the newly created PBS beam.
Managing Beams Belonging to MACHINE_QA
Plans
Beams belonging to MACHINE_QA plans can be managed similarly to beams
belonging to plans with other intents. Refer to Chapter 29 for more details on how to:
 View a beam
 Copy and paste a beam
 Access layer details
 View layer details
 Baseline a beam
