Verifying the Position of Devices
From the PMS INTERFACE PANEL you have to enter the positioning corrections to
indicate that positioning preparation has finished.
Note: The optional position corrections that you can perform on the setup beam
influence the initial Prescribed value of the next treatment beam(s). For detailed
information, refer to Section “Influence of Setup Position Corrections on a
Subsequent Treatment Beam” on page 35-19.
As long as the colored state bar reads Not ready (indicated by the orange color), you
will not be able to proceed to irradiation.

The PMS I
NTERFACE PANEL indicates the coordinate system in which the listed
positioning parameters are expressed.
Note: Parameters that are irrelevant for this treatment room are grayed out.
The listed positioning parameters are:
Gantry (°)
Snout (cm) (grayed if no snout is present)
X (cm)
Y (cm)
Z (cm)
